The William T hw william was a sloop stolen from its moorings in New Providence by Calico Jack Rackham and the ferocious Anne Boony. The Caribbean pirate's favourite, these ships are valuable prizes as the have a shalow draft, so they do not sink low into the water. This allows them to shallow bays and inlets where navy ships cannot purse them. The largest sloops can reach speeds of 11 knots and carry up to 75 and 14 guns.
